Leila Ness, a criminologist-behaviorist, has returned to her hometown after being held captive under a glass dome by an unknown criminal during her childhood. Now, another girl has gone missing without a trace. Leila, along with her partner Walter, a former policeman, embarks on an investigation. Not only does she have to solve this case, but she also has to confront her own past demons that she has been trying to escape from for a long time.
