Imogen Scott goes on a Mediterranean cruise with her friend on a huge liner. When one of the travelers dies, restless Imogen, who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, becomes the main suspect. In order to prove her innocence, the girl has to collaborate with Rufus Cotesworth, the greatest detective in the world whom she despises.
